CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We value your time and appreciate your trust in us! To ensure that every client receives the best service possible, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy: • 48-Hour Rescheduling Window: Clients have up to 48 hours after booking their appointment to reschedule if needed. • No Same-Day Booking or Cancellation: We do not allow same-day bookings or cancellations. • Non-Refundable Deposits: Most services require a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours after booking, your deposit will not be refunded. • Sick Policy: If you’re feeling unwell, we understand. However, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment with notice via text or phone call. This helps us keep everyone safe and healthy. Please be sure to utilize rescheduling steps (within 48 hours) or your deposit will be forfeited. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and your deposit will be forfeited. • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the full service charge being applied.
